    There is a $1000 first year retention bonus paid quarterly in four $250 installments. Each subsequent year, pay increases are based on cents/mile performance reviews.

    There is a one year $1000 referral bonus available to employees who refer a driver for hire; paid quarterly every 90 days a new hire stays.
